A SIX YEAR OLD Bay Thoroughbred gelding, standing at 16hh,  Strikinresemblance is an ex racehorse, donated to our REHORP (re homing of racehorses project) by the Mrs Prestage stable. Strikin has an incredibly calm and stable temperament. He is eager to learn and is enjoying his first groundwork lessons, adapting to them with ease. His conformation is good, and he is a showy, athletic thoroughbred.  Make you’re appointment quickly to avoid disappointment – Strikin would be eminently suitable as hack, show jumper or dressage horse.

Copper is a lovely pony who needs a loving permanent home to go to. With some TLC and a bit of R&R and necessary schooling he will be a great pony for an experienced child rider.

Horses are available from the SPCA unit in Grassy Park, Cape Town. Nearer to home – in Darling – you will find cats and dogs.

“We would so love to find a home for “Ginger Rogers” she is about 10 months a small female terrier cross, quiet and gentle but playful and good with children. Will make a terrific pet as she is very loving and will sit still for hours on your lap just loving to be loved and giving you kisses. A most unusual looking, beautiful dog that definitely deserves a good home for Christmas. She has a quiet submissive nature but is not nervous. I think a lovely dog for a lady who is looking for a loving companion.”
